Euogo

Never, ever, ever use this sorry bunch, they are utterly dismal. Crap service. They don't reply to emails, don't take phone calls, sell stock they don't have and generally don't give a $#*! once they have you're money in their bank account.

I cancelled my order and was told I could have refund. They then decided to ship the unwanted item anyway, one whole week after they agreed to cancel.

If I return the item I will, according to their website, be charged the return delivery plus admin costs and I will not get back all of my money.

Currently feeling very grim about this

I expected my item to be dispatched within 2 days. It wasn't and I emailed this company time and time again. In the end I asked Paypal to get involved. The Company have received more e mails but still not replied. They have a 'TALK' Button on their site but it is always offline. Nobody answers their phone. I cannot say they are a fraudulent company but it is not looking good. All I can say is please be VERY wary before you do business with them. They don't get even 1 star from me.

Yo compre una tablet pc en Euogo y la mandaron rota y no quisieron saber nada de devoluciones o cambios. Daniel, cuando vio que no tenia solucion opto por ignorar todos mis mensajes, ahora tengo una tablet PC de pisapapeles.
Cuando las cosas no salen bien ya no quuieren saber nada del comprador.
He estado mandando mensajes a Daniel de Euogo durante 20 dias y sin respuesta.
Euogo es un fraude

I purchased a tablet pc and sent Euogo broken and would not know anything about returns or exchanges. Daniel, when he saw that no solution had chosen to ignore all my messages, now I have a tablet PC as a paperweight.
When things go wrong and not knowing anything about the buyer quuieren.
I've been sending messages to Daniel Euogo for 20 days and no response.
Euogo is a fraud
