I was lead to believe that Malone roof racks would fit my new RAV4. They did not and I was charged to send them back. The site said the Malone racks "Fits RAV4 2019" But in fact they only fit one of the 7 models of the 2019 RAV4. Customer service was not helpful. Pre-sales support led me to believe the product would work. And returning the item was not easy and costly.
I asked if an operator controlled discharge chute blocker on an Exmark Viking could be used with a grass catcher. I was told to attach the grass /leaf catcher the chute blocker would need to be reviewed. Wanted to understand before purchasing the grass catcher. Thanks for the thorough prompt response.

I've been shopping for accessories for my new 2020 Sivlerado 2500HD. It seems the manufactures have not kept ahead and certified their equipment. I contacted etrailer for what I was shopping for. A tonneau cover, roof racks or truck bed racks. Erik kept in touch, contacted the manufacturers, helped with product selection. You can't ask for better service and attention. I purchased a cover but still waiting on certification of other items before moving I can buy. Shipping, communication, pre and post sales support, review and installation videos. It's hard to go anywhere but etrailer for me.

Purchased part for truck and needed it asap, so I paid the uncharge for 3-day shipping. By 4:00pm on 4th day no product; asked for a credit for difference between regular shipping and 3-day uncharge ( seemed a reasonable request) No credit issued only given what I would deem excuses, saying basically its "not our fault" Its 1:00pm 5th day still no product
Best to shop Amazon... fast and service has to be better.
In short, they sent the wrong parts and refuse to credit my credit card until they have inspected the return which takes up to 14 days. Nothing i can do but wait. The service is the worst i have EVER seen in my life! If u need trailer parts look elsewhere!

We bought a spare tire carrier, new spare tire and wheel and a wheel lock for our trailer. We drove about 600 miles and at one of our stops noticed that the spare tire was gone and the new spare tire mount was broken. When contacting etrailer there was "No Warranty" so we now have to replace all the new components just puschased due to a poorly designed and weak tire carrier. We had previously been a good customer with plans to purchase other items but after this terrible experience we will be shopping elsware.
