Ordered Smith 5 ft roller units, came quickly with ordered brackets. Have not installed yet but they will GREAT just like E-Trailer. I have bought from them before and they all are GREAT. I do recommend and will continue-stay safe, we will make it back to normal!

Ordered a brake controller for my 2001 F150. Product description included an adapter cable. I did not receive the adapter cable. I contacted etrailer customer service and they state I have to order separate. I feel I was a victim or bait-and-switch.
It was sad for me to read his review... are there not more engineers? Is it simply too easy to not think and reply? I was actually tempted to reply back to him and ask if his mom or dad could help him... Please note: There is a difference! May not be major, but... there is a difference.

Was very quick to reply to my question. I have not had time yet to check the brakes as he suggested. Also a tech person called me and explained how the brake controller works. That helped clear up several other questions that I had. I appreciate the good customer service.

As my trailers tongue weight should be 10 to 15 percent of the gross weight of the trailer, and mine is about twice that... Sadly I needed to remount my axle forward of where it was when I purchased it. This was not that tough I just purchased 4 new mounting brackets and welded them in the appropriate position after determining that with trail and error of moving the axle a bit then re measuring the tongue weight.

Ordered a cargo carrier from these clowns. Arrived in 2 days via UPS but carton was beat up a bit. Of course, it wound up missing a couple critical parts. Called for part. Service rep said she'd send an email that PM with tracking info. Email came 2 days later. Tracking showed part wouldn't arrive for yet another 7 days, which would've been today. But etrailer shipped using that UPS-with-hand-off-to-USPS-for-final-delivery. And for the 2nd time in 10 days, USPS lied by saying they "attempted delivery." BS. Home all day. Birds of a feather, huh?
Don't waist your time! I ordered a product. 30 days later after emails of excuses they said they could send me half my order. The other half they couldn't me a time frame when I would get it. I paid a hundreds to having to cancel and ask for refund delaying my progress on project a month. I'll won't waist my time with this company. I wish I would have read the mountain of poor reviews online prior. Do your homework. Horrible service! PS: I would give no stars

I haven't decided if I will replace existing motor with 6,500 pound unit or go with the Ultra-Fab landing gear that has a separate motor on each leg. As usual etrailer tech was quick to answer and much more informative than Lippert.
