I purchased about $150 worth of items on line on June 1st, and got "free shipping". The site said shipping within 10 days, but didn't say the fee shipping would be much, much later. I've tracked the item and the site said the items are being gathered, but it won't be SHIPPED until July18th. Totally unacceptable. I'll never buy from them again.
I was provided the answers I needed in selecting a product on Etrailer's website. I was trying to find a set of tow lights that would work on my Mini Cooper. One of Etrailer's reps. Provided me a part number for a set of lights that will do the job.
Although there are no after market trailer towing mirrors made specifically for my '07 Toyota 4-Runner, Kyle S. Was able to recommend The K-Source #3891 as a suitable substitute. I attached them and found the adjusting straps easy to use. Materials appear to be of high quality and rugged. I have yet to tow my trailer, as just installed the mirrors yesterday, however, a short test drive proved they do not vibrate and were still firmly attached.
I ordered 2 washers for my boat trailer and tried to cancel the order within 2 hrs. I was told i could not cancel because it had already shipped. The tracking said otherwise. It has now been over a week and the package still has not arrived. Needless to say I won't click on etrailer agian.

I have bought a couple hitches from eTrailer before. Good prices, with details and install videos. However this one, they had no details on, no pictures, so I went elsewhere and bought a 'Hard Dog' hitch from Moss Miata. Turns out it would have been about $20 cheaper to stick with eTrailer and the Curt... but better if they had photos and details.
The advice I recieved for the correct bracket was spot on. I ordered the winch that was advised and I already installed it. Thank you.
Great online installation info for my Curt class III trailer hitch. Installation went well but I did need to drill out on one side of the hitch 1/4" to make it fit. I originally ordered a harness that was the wrong one, and called and spoke to a tech who advised a different one because my vehicle did not have a factory towing package. He ordered the correct harness and emailed a return label to me promptly. The product itself is where the 4 star comes in however, the service and tech department goes above and beyond and definitely rates a full 5 stars! I would definitely recommend e-trailer to others.

After communication with three different representatives I still received parts that would not work. I even submitted a picture of the tag that's on the axle. The inner bearing didn't fit so I spent money at a local store for a larger size. After that, when I went to slide on the hub, it wouldn't seat all the way down. I'm so frustrated and expect better service. Now I have to wait another week for replacement parts that I hope will fit this time around.
I unsure about which light wiring harness might work for my solution since the trailer had LED lights and my car didn't. I got an answer from Jason S. Straight away that made it very clear which harness would work. I showed a friend the detailed information the web site has for vehicle specific accessories and also what was received as part of my shipment and how well thought out the whole process was. I began this process by posting a question to a Chat box on the website inquiring about the needed hub assembly for my pop up camper. To my surprise, the question was answered within 12 hours and provided the requested info. I ordered the recommended parts and received them very quickly even using standard shipping. While waiting for the parts to arrive, etrailer provided email updates including an installation video. Upon arrival, the installation was very easy to complete.
