I have now ordered two different items at two different times from E-Trailer that were listed on their webpage as "in stock" but after ordering - the listed delivery dates were completely bogus. Neither items were "in stock" and neither delivery dates were honest. One was a $800+ cost dollar item. Do not assume their information is correct or accurate as the first order I was promised delivered in two weeks but as I checked on the order - I was informed two weeks later it would be 3 months to get the item as it was not in stock. They are listing fraudulent information that they should be held accountable for. They simply lie about whether the ordered item is in stock for shipping or not.
Take your chance if you want but I would rarely review any company or order and these guys are posting lies

Suggested wrong size part. After charging me and sending me wrong size part asked me to return the part back on my own, which would cost more then the part itself. I called but again refused to take any responsibility for sending wrong part. Buy things from amazon. Better customer service.
I purchased the Titan Diamond snow chain because they are very well designed. Unlike many models you don't have to be able to drive over the Titan Diamond snow chains in order to install them, so they are much more useful in that regard. Also they are color coded which was really helpful for my wife to follow the installation. They come is a great carrying case. I did have to fumble around on the web site a little too much before I could get confirmation of right size for my 20" wheels, but I got there and am quite pleased with price/value of this product. I hope to never use it, but am glad to have it if I get caught in a storm or mandatory chain road.
I ordered a cover for my RV on 11/24/20. I was contacted a couple weeks later to be notified the cover was on back order until mid January. I canceled the order and selected a different cover only to be notified a week later that it was also on back order. I was told it would arrive on Jan. 18,2021. I did not receive my cover and contacted customer service on Jan. 24,2021. They told me it would be late Feb before the cover would arrive. They suggested a different cover (now a 3rd selection) but when I asked them to price match the cover I was waiting on they denied my request. After waiting 2 months they won't even offer me a discount. Needless to say I canceled my order and I am very disappointed.

My dilemma: I've already have a Roadmaster StowMaster Tow Bar + RVibrake3 setup to flat tow my 2018 Wrangler JL. I am trying to add Lexus LX470 as the second Toad. So, if I can add a cross-bar style baseplate into my Lexus, then I can conveniently switch my Roadmaster StowMaster Tow Bar + RVibrake3 among these two toads...
Samuel helped me to confirm with Roadmaster that 1141-1 and 1151-1's bolt patterns are different. I guess I will buy another two bar for this special purpose.

Everyone I communicate with at etrailer is excellent. Most recently Kyle responded to my tire pressure question and his knowledge is outstanding. Keep up the good work and positive customer relations.
Etrailer has terrific product videos and quick answers to questions, as with my recent question to Kyle. I don't understand the few negative reviews; frankly the reason for the negativity makes no sense. Etrailer does not have all the products in the world, does not necessarily have the products with the features I might want, and cannot control product supply. But my experience has been that they try very hard to provide the best answers that they can. No one else really does that.
I ordered a relatively inexpensive product 4 months ago, and never received it. Today I received a note that said the product would not be available for another 4 months. The worst part of their response is that the tried sell me a more expensive but similar product right now. When I asked whether they would provide the replacement product for the price of the one I ordered, they indicated NO. They said it much more subtly but by indicating I needed to cancel the old order, and order the new part, they were indicating I needed to pay the new price. I have ordered other things from this company and delivery of the product is always very slow. Only use this company when you have a very long lead time.
When I asked what parts I need to install a trailer hitch for my car Kyle put together a link with the answers to my questions and added suggestions for what bike rack would work best on my car and why. Kyle exceeded my expectations. I have not yet installed the hitch. Waiting for relatively decent weather and the energy to work outside in winter in Chicago.
After searching multiple website and in contact with Grand Design, E-Trailer came through with the part number and leaf spring that I was looking for. I will be purchasing these in the spring before we start our trips. Thanks again for the information and look forward to getting the leaf springs on my RV
I'm more then satisfied with the feedback, I havent ordered the mirrors yet but in process to do so, ive ordered a few items in the past and all have worked very well, trailer lights, ball hitch
The regret from ETtrailer gave me the the information I needed. He confirmed what I suspected (2WD vs 4WD).
The representative responded in a timely manner unfortunately (not a fault of ETtailer) it was flagged as junk so it was a few days before I saw it. ETrailer always responds promptly with accurate information.
I asked a question about the difference between two similar looking products, the response from Les was a detailed explanation with references between parts found on the site. The best part, Les posted the answer to my question on the site to share with other customers.
