Ordered chains for dually truck, front and rear. Order receipt #1-one rear chain received. Called, emailed, explained problem in detail. I was assured the remaining chains would be sent. Order receipt #2-the second rear chain received. Called, emailed, explained. Not sure how many times this has to happen before order fulfillment. Waiting for #3. Unless they receive a call and complaint they will not catch their mistake. This mandates checking every order immediately upon receipt. The support people were friendly. Shipping personnel need to be re-educated for basic math skills. They have lost me as a customer. I want to know that when I get an email stating that my order has been fulfilled that it actually has. 1 star for shipping, 4 stars for support (they did get it wrong again despite explanation and photos) 5 stars for Marti if I actually get my order in only one more delivery.
I ordered a few items to repair some tire chains. Items were in stock and I needed them expedited. I payed quite a bit of money for the items to be shipped 2 day shipping. A week after they were supposed to arrive I requested that etrailer provide an update as their tracking link does not actually give anything that can be used to find the package via UPS tracking or customer service. I was told that they would open an investigation that would take another 10 businesses days. "Hopefully they will find them and either deliver or return them" at that point they would refund or reship the items. Nothing I can do other then purchase again at full price with expedited shipping and "hope" that they would be returned so I could be refunded for the second charge.

I was looking for a way to improve the handling and ride for my motorhome, and proposed that question to the etrailer website. I received a quick response from Jameson C. Of etrailer. His response confirmed my ideas of what I needed to do. He also went on to explain which upgrades would be the most helpful and in which order they should be accomplished. I am currently traveling, but when we return home I will contact them again and order and have the sway bars and sumo springs installed.

My order is stuck in transit for over 2 weeks. When contacting customer support to refund my money got told that I can return my item at my expense if received but it could not be cancelled. Luckily it was a small item and not worth me shipping back if ever received. I call it a lesson learned and will never order from this company again. Maybe some have great luck but if there is an issue don't expect any help from their customer service.
Needed two replacement speakers for my RV (Furrion 6") and ordered the first one from etrailer.com. Thinking I had ordered two, but was mistaken, so ordered speaker number 2 about a week later. Status showed "in stock" so I placed my order and my credit card was charged. Later I find that there were no speakers in stock, and the estimated delivery date was more than a month away. I brought this to the company's attention and the only thing they did was argue that "not in stock" was on my order. It wasn't. They offered no gesture of good will, no discount for trouble... nothing. I contacted Furrion directly and lo and behold I had the exact same speaker ordered and on the way in a matter of minutes $18 cheaper and free shipping), where etrailer told me they could not get any from the manufacturer until November. I don't care for companies who blame customers, and also lie about the status of their products. No more business with them.

I received a prompt and clear answer for the referenced question. Gregory M provided the answer needed in order to correctly mount the backup light BU11CS. It turns out a 3/4" diameter hole is required for this 3.25" diameter light housing, good to know. I made the light purchase to use as a turn signal rather a backup light, I need turn signals instead of backup lights. I also asked if a amber bulb option was available, Gregory M provided amber bulb requirements and a lot more useful information for incandescent and LED bulbs. I elected to go with 1156a incandescent bulbs purchased separately from a local vendor. I installed the lights and I'm very pleased with the look and operation as turn signals, thanks to "Etrailer.com" support provided by Gregory M.
I recently purchased two mirrors for my ram 1500. They were delivered yesterday and I see that one mirror is packaged nicely and is brand new. And the other mirror came in a box that is completely destroyed and torn open, is labeled RETURN and is USED AND BROKEN. If I spend $400 on items, I expect them to be brand new, not destroyed. Now I have to inconvenience my life and ship this garbage back and wait for a new replacement item. All because their workers are negligent and lazy. Terrible unreliable company. Spend your money elsewhere.
Not good. I placed an order and they took my money. Then I received an email telling me to call George J. I called in immediately and they wouldn't let me speak with him; said he wasn't allowed calls. I have no idea what's going on but I'm sure not happy. Why tell someone to call and then refuse the call? I won't use them again, that's for sure.

Ordered over $3000 worth of items to set a car up for towing. They claim to offer free shipping on orders over $99 yet they have not shipped the order because they are waiting on one item. This shipment should have been split shipped so I could get started.
I was not originally told that all items were not in stock. When I inquired after four days of no shipment notification I was told that all items had been received. Four days later they are still waiting on an item ans still have not split the shipment so I can get started.

I ordered a new tub for my rv I received it it was so thin I could see the light through it and the return process they wanted me to pay for the return on it. I disputed the transaction with my bank to get them to pay for shipping and now they have the item they say up to 14 days for them to process my return because there returns come by the pallet loads and they have to go through all of them why so many returns is my question you should have better quality control on your products
I asked a specific question about the brake parts for my camper, I didn't understand how to use the website, after submitting the question I kept searching google and found infact the site does have the answer to my question about what brakes I need. Support sent me a response stating I have to go through all this work to determine what I need? All the answers were from people like me asking the same question and getting a helpful answer! I'm going to buy from somewhere else because of I had actually gone through what the support person told me it would have been hours wasted or $$$ spent on a Mobile tech I did not have to spend! Carful with the help you get from Etrailer this was the result of either laziness or ignorance, either way it's bad Business.
Although I have had good experiences on previous purchases. My latest purchase was not good. Expected delivery was a moving target (so much for free delivery). There was no way for me to identify if the delivery was what was ordered. Upon contacting e-tailer by phone, I ended that conversation with a very bad feeling as the answer to my question did not make any sense, no doubt an inexperienced employee. I then contacted someone by email after giving up on another phone attempt (no one picked up call), this is where it all went south. This person was condensing as well as defensive, particularly when I advised her, I was not charged correctly, there was no response, each time I suggested the cost issue never a response. Needless to state but I was disappointed as I waited longer then indicated, and I could have purchased it near me without much additional cost and would have walked out the door the day of the purchase. I understand things do not always work out as expected, that does not give an open-door attack on a customer. It is not my intention to slam this business. I would like to suggest there are other options. Often times in makes more sense to pay a bit more then have to deal with issues. I was not trying to shake them down, just get what I ordered at the expected cost. Again, walking out the door with your purchase in hand has value.
