I ordered the step pad for the Aries rails. It was easy, they showed a video to make sure it was the correct part. Was given an expected arrival and they arrived on time. They were a little difficult to install. You'll need to support the rail while you bare down on them. Overall great experience and I'm pleased with the look and service.

Easy ordering the necessary equipment, the delivery process didn't take longer than a few days and the installation process was a breeze. Highly recommend etrailers products to anyone that is not an expert with wiring process.
The hitch is as expected I look forward to installing it in my Chevy Equinox EV. Survey request came before I've had time to do so. If you want my full opinion on ease of installation, look on the car, and how well it works happy to share, but I just got the hitch yesterday. :o)

Both pieces - hitch and electrical connectors - came together. Did get the wrong bolts; I ordered for a Pontiac Torrent and it seems I got the Chevy Equinox bolts instead. Came with all the parts though, nothing missing. Good price!
All three wheels arrived but one box had been smashed on one corner and the wheel had a small nick on the outer rim edge where the box had been smashed. I guess I'll use it as a spare since it doesn't appear that the wheel is bent.
