Great hitch! I own several brand name hitches and this one definitely stands out. I used to use an adapter for my 2.5" receiver but never was a fan. This hitch fits perfectly, doesn't move and is perfect for my everyday hauling.

Great selection easy to order online and when I called, the phone was answered very quickly.

Stabilizer jacks came quickly, boxes were in bad shape but jacks were fine and all the parts were there. Installed nicely on my camper. They did a much better job of stabilizing than the original equipment

The product was super easy to install. The local hitch installer estimated over 200.00 to install the wiring and it took me about 15 minutes with the instructions and YouTube preparation.

The people at etrailer are so wonderful and helpful. They don't make you feel like you're stupid and answer all questions politely and are very knowledgeable.

We looked all over for replacement parts, after we think we drove away with this fastener on the bumper. Finally decided to search for bike rack parts and magically this was available. Our boat is a 2007. This winter we decided to do some upgrades: new carpet, trolling motor and electronics. She looked almost like new again, but the original rims were so rusted and the hubs were lost years ago. The trailer just looked horrible! We found a set of rims that are SO CLOSE to the rims on my GMC truck that I knew we had to go with them, and I'm glad we did! They completely changed the entire look of the boat trailer, and now we're ready to go anywhere! They arrived in less than a week. We couldn't be happier with our purchase.

Finding and ordering the replacement jack from the online site was easy and fair priced. Jack was an identical replacement with easy installation.

What would have been a 20-30 install turned into 2 hours. Hitch bent out of the box and spacers and bolts wouldn't fit in the frame holes.
