Overall everything was outstanding. The only issue I had was the package was dropped at some point and bent one of the attach angles but I was able to bend it back into its correct position using a vice and a lot of tugging on it.
Experience was fine I just wish there were more options on length. I don't need a strap this long so now I have to cut it and waste a lot.

The products arrived very quickly. I was unable to install the screws when I received the trailer hitch. Vendor's sure had very clear and thorough instructions to address my issue (corrosion in the bolt holes). I knew very little about trailer hitches and I found it easy to learn and understand, so I could order what I needed. However the two end flanges broke through the cardboard shipping box in transit. Paint was scratched off to bare metal. The hitch barely fit in the box and there was nothing to keep the hitch from moving around in transit. I called ETrailer and they gave me a $21 refund to buy some rust oleum paint to touch it up.
