The shipping was all ripped open hitch was scrached alot.
Sent you pitures of damage may not evey buy from you again had to repaint 1/2 the hitch.

Excellent website, very informative about the product I was looking for and they had exactly what I needed.

Based on the details in the video, I was able to confirm this would fit on my trailer, ordered the parts, and installed it. The only minor hickup was the U bolts were too short, I needed to source them locally.

The jack for my trailer finally broke. Replaced with a new one from etrailer and upgraded trailer wiring while I was at it. Shipped out quickly

Quick and easy to order parts been using e trailer for years they'd get 5 stars if they quit tossing the bearings in with all the other hardware when ordering a trailer hub it's causes pitting and wear on brand new bearing. Should package them in bubble wrap prior at minimum

Easy to find my item and check out. Shipping is pretty slow but so is almost everything else right now. I got my items and nothing was damaged or missing. Thats a huge plus.
