Good product, good support, good videos. Too bad you used USPS for part of the shipping.

Easy to understand and very fast. Their hitch is so strong and sturdy and I 'm very sure it can tow 4000lb easy. I can't wait to use it for my next trip.

Easy to find the product I was looking for. Shipping was fast.

Videos make it easy. We use a jack to install the hitch and then ramps to get enough clearance to operate a torque wrench.

Installed myself. Didnt use a drill so installation took a little longer. The hitch didn't go on as perfectly as it did in the online video either. Had to maneuver and sort of wedge it on. Ended up being the most difficult part of the entire process but we got it done! Didn't have to trim the foam either. The plastic fasteners take a gentle touch. Wiggling the flathead when removing them is your best bet. I bought extra fasteners from harbor freight but they weren't exactly the same exact size. Luckily I only broke one. Also, a dremmel works wonders cutting out the plastic for the hitch. All in all I saved $175 installing it myself.

Website was informative and instructive. Received order on time. Have not installed yet. However, as noted in other posts, the packaging was very poor. Receiver was completely exposed and mounting fins were exposed out the other side. The hitch does not appear to be damaged at this time.
