I went with etrailer because of their vehicle specific installation videos, although much harder to install than the 60 minutes the instructions claimed I did accomplish installing the hitch and wiring over a weekend. Items arrived OK but not much left of the box, it took a beating in shipping.

The rep I spoke with was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional. My only issue was with the base plates. My installer opened the box and found one of the plates would not sit flush and straight. The blue ox piece was a manufacturing defect...not e-trailers fault.
I have not installed them yet but they were in touch with me every step of the shipping process which is appreciated. Got here quickly and not damaged
Shipping pricey. Not sure the handle is a big a benefit. Material is good and I'm sure it will do it's job.
