Ordered an etrailer hitch for my Xterra and it arrived in 2 days fast! Was a difficult install as the holes did not line up w/out removing bolts that should have (according to the instructions) been left alone and using a ratchet strap to torque it into place. Seems otherwise well built so, overall four stars.

That being said, when I looked up the item I was looking for my final choice didn't come up but when I went through the few questions to help select the item for my vehicle, I got the better choice of the options. The questions asked to determine the right product for my vehicle were spot on and directed me the the best option.

Upgraded the wireless older camera in my Airstream trailer with this new one. The package arrived in time but the product seem to be an open package. Several plastic bags were torn open and put back together. Called the customer service and was informed that it might have been a return item but it still has one year warranty. After installation the camera and monitor paired up and seem to work ok so far.
Although everything arrived in good condition and the parts were securely taped in place, the box took a beating. When it arrived I was worried about the condition of the hitch and parts but all was good.
