I liked the many options for my vehicle. The only reason for a 4 star rating is because the parts to mount the cargo rack to the roof was a little too thick to fit the front part of my Subaru. I had to really wedge it in and it may have dented the top of our roof. I also had to use my mallet hammer to shift it to align with the cross bars.
The person on the phone assured my this fits my Ram 2500. The information in the book is for GMC or Ford. I hope it is plug and play for me.
The Trailer Hitch receiver fit perfectly as did the lights. The on-line videos made installation a cinch. Second receiver I bought from this place, and would certainly recommend it.
