Well I got them fairly fast, Price has doubled in a few years.Right about the time we printed 8 trillion for bills we didn't need. Shocker.

One part of my order arrived damaged, but it was quickly dealt with and replaced within 48 hours.

Curt's class 1 trailer hitch for my '21 CX-30 fit beautifully. The instructions were clear of what had to be done in order to bolt on the hitch: take the muffler off the hangers, enlarge a separate hole to fish the bolting plates and the carriage bolts through the frame member to position. Grade 8 bolts and flanged nuts were included. Better than I expected.

Was very happy to find what I needed online. Thought I might need to go to a specialty shop to have this installed, but found videos that make it look easy. We'll soon see.

Ordering and installation was easy. I received my order quickly and in great condition. I watched the install video before I received and attempted the install and as recommended it explained and demonstrated the process perfectly. It stated in the video that the included instructions were very bad and he was right. "Watch the video" I unpacked and assembled the brackets and completed the install in less than one hour by myself. These bars are not only look great but are very rigid. I highly recommend Westin and etrailer!

Website made it easy to find what I wanted for a less common application for my sedan. Choose this one since it shows less on my car. Easy install and works great for hauling bike.

The leaf springs I ordered was sent on time, price for one single spring was extremely expensive. I wanted to try Etrailer to see how their prices compared with other suppliers. I could have purchased a single spring from an American company cheaper than the Chinese made one o received from Etrailer. Sad when you can buy a custom spring cheaper.

Ordered a 10k weight distribution hitch for a toy hauler, which came in a box weighing at least 75 lbs. Free on time delivery while travelling approximately 2000 miles in excellent condition is hard to beat. Not my first order from etrailer and definitely not my last!
