Very timely delivery, but I haven't had a chance to assemble/install my trailer hitch and bike rack yet.
Item as advertised. Installation was very easy, instruction very clear. My only comment is I wish a 90 degree option was available for some strain relief on the connection.

Original rim on my TT developed an air leak, best thing to do is to replace both rims wrapped in new Good Year Endurance tires. I'm ready to go for camping season this year.

I have been well satisfied with this company for my boat and trailer parts.
The ordering process went great. Notified by several emails that the large heavy item was on the way. The tracking # showed it was UPS. Then I manually check the tracking and UPS marked it as "customer requested to hold at facility for pickup." I never notified UPS to hold. I then contacted the Cunningham TN facility and lady admits the driver said it was too heavy to deliver. I called eTrailer and let customer service know; that I paid for the item through them and it had shipping included. If I have to go pick the item up then I should receive a discount. UPS is paid to ship - accepted it at onset to deliver it taking the payment - then the end user driver decides he/she doesn't have to delivery it? ETrailer customer service never called back as they said they would. I had to get my brother to help go pick it up since my truck was torn apart and being worked on - hence the heavy bumper purchased.

As a returning customer, I have always had excellent service and found quality products. The DEMCO SS Tow Trailer is no exception, love the trailer and can't wait to use it. My only complaint is the shipping via USPS which was recently bought by TForce Freight. TForce has a lot of work to do as to customer service and reliable shipping. Due to the recent takeover by TForce I will give them a break in that they must be working out the bugs as it is a new operation, wishing them well and good luck.
