The product slid inside of the long box and was poking out of the bottom when delivered. Great product but would make sure there is some packing material inside along with sufficient tape on the ends.
The hitch I ordered was delivered a lot more quickly than I would have expected (just a few days). The install video on the website and the install manual included in the box were both very clear and helpful.

The 10" trailer brake assembly I purchased did not have the 9/16-20 nuts I needed to install it. I spent 1 hour driving around town trying to find the, apparently rare, nuts I needed to install the assembly.
Ordered legs for a curt Q25 for ford oem puck system. The video posted with product said they fit Q25. They did not fit and I needed to move my camper the day after receiving so I had to cut the tabs off that my hitch did not have holes for.
Went very well, this should be enough this survey is unnecessary you will know when or IF I use you again.
