Trailer hitch was shipped with very poor packaging - basically zero (just the shipping box) - and therefore was a bit banged up with some paint scraped off. However, seems pretty well-made. We'll see how it connects up to the car framing - I heard there were issues with fit-up.
My order was slightly incorrect. I replied to an email that it was not quite right and I got a response right away and it was corrected in just a few days. I did not expect to even get a response from the email.
Received the wrong parts. After a couple of emails the correct part was shipped. Got it in a couple days.

Ordered a replacement stove for our class A.old one was working fine,was just tired of being on my knees trying to light the oven. Got the new furion 21 inch (a little smaller than original suburban). This stove works great, one click on the igniter and the burners fire right up.
Had to order a replacement fan motor for our travel trailer bathroom. ETrailer had the part and I had it within a week.
