Shipping was quick but the hitch I ordered was just thrown in a box with no padding or protection on it. By the time it got to me it has so many holes in the box where the hitch punched through the box it might as well not have been in a box. Somehow nothing was damaged, but it's shocking for how much it costs they seems to be no care in the packing process.
Ordered a heavy Bulldog hitch coupler and two trailer taillights. A medium sized box arrived with a hole in the corner and just two lights inside. Where did the hitch coupler go? Oh, maybe out the hole in the lightweight box? You guessed it. Etrailer poorly packaged this heavy part resulting in a box breach and its loss. Way to go USPS. Good news is that Breanna at etrailer responded by sending a replacement out to me in a very timely fashion. Thank you Breanna! Btw… the second box was much more robust than the first.
