I had lost a single 10-inch snap pad for my motor home. You were one of the only ones where I could buy a single 10-inch pad. It was in stock and you actually delivered it before the promise date.

The shipping was super fast, clear instructions for self-install, my buddy and I installed it in 2 1/2 hours (would have been faster if we didn't start out using the oldest and dullest drill bits in the planet before getting new ones), and I towed my 14' John boat, motor, and fishing gear on a 900 mile round trip fishing excursion 2 days after installing. Worked like a champ!
I had a 2020 gmc with the puck system and bought the companion slider, just upgraded trucks and didn't need the slider this time and just needed a new base for the ford puck system now I'm back in business thanks.
Great website for those unsure of what equipment they need to purchase... Would it be more convenient if the parts were categorized by the trailer or vehicle type, absolutely but with accurate pictures and descriptions as they have it. It works.
Purchased Dexter Heavy-Duty Suspension kit for my tandem axle dump trailer, to replace worn out suspension components. Etrailer notified me when order was received and then notified when shipped. Shipped fast and complete. Installed everything with no issues. No complaints here.
The only problem I had was the mounting bracket was different the the factory one. I had the drill 2 holes to make it work
