Really easy to order and delivery time was more than reasonable. We haven't installed the hitch yet however so far the instructional videos provide the general knowledge base to diy the installation.
Etrailer fulfilled the order quickly. And, by luck, the product arrived in one piece. One side of the packaging was only attached by friction. The other sides were were well taped. Holding the package with that side down resulted in the heavy contents falling out. I was surprised that didn't happen in transit and everything worked out.

I ordered westbar marker lights for my trailer because it had westbar lights on it. I assumed the hole pattern would be the same. I was wrong and disappointed. Won't assume that again with Westbar lights.

At this time I haven't even opened the box. The box arrived with a tear in the cardboard but I assume all the parts are present. I probably won't get a chance to open the box and install the receiver hitch for another month so its a little early for me to give an opinion as I don't like to give fluff and at this time I just cannot offer any opinion, sorry
So Easy. Great specs, pics, videos and testimonials. But, shipping via USPS was a shocking 14 days. So disgusted - made me postpone a trip with my trailer that I needed to make.

One race ramp didn't have a strap handle. Customer service was great sent me a replacement in three days.
However the replacement ramp still did not have a strap to carry as the one did. Is this normal?
