Really easy to order and delivery time was more than reasonable. We haven't installed the hitch yet however so far the instructional videos provide the general knowledge base to diy the installation.

At this time I haven't even opened the box. The box arrived with a tear in the cardboard but I assume all the parts are present. I probably won't get a chance to open the box and install the receiver hitch for another month so its a little early for me to give an opinion as I don't like to give fluff and at this time I just cannot offer any opinion, sorry

One race ramp didn't have a strap handle. Customer service was great sent me a replacement in three days.
However the replacement ramp still did not have a strap to carry as the one did. Is this normal?
