No discount codes for new customers. I reached out to customer service and asked if they had any incentives to new customers. I also got the underlying sense they weren't fond of me asking for a discount.
As I am not super mechanically inclined and the thought of screwing up something would normally push me to let the professional do it, I must say the ease of the install was clearly conveyed by the accompanying videos.
Any hiccups were due to my own equipment not the items. I had to make a trip to Home Depot to get tools better suited to the job, but otherwise the install process went exactly like the video, I never had questions that were not addressed by a few viewings.
