Wasn't actually expecting a company to take pride in their product. It is sad it's rare these days but etrailer.com nailed it. The packaging could have been wrapped a little better. Due to the weight, the ends of the trailer mount tore holes in the box during shipping. There were minor chips and scratches, but I did buy it to hang under a car, so there's that. Overall though solid welds, sturdy paint, strong bolts, everything you would want in a quality product. Definitely recommending to anyone else looking for parts.
