I work independently with handicap mobility equipment including electric lifts. I install pre-owned lifts onto folks vehicles and often they don't have a hitch so I buy them from ETrailer and install them too!
I have tried about the brands of hitches on the market and while most all of them fit ok IMHO CURT fits THE BEST! ETrailer has provided MANY Curt hitches for me. Absolutely no problems ever with them.

I received the product I ordered, based on the manufacturer's product selection guide.
And I have confirmed with the manufacturer I have the correct product, after I ran into issues with the installation.
All videos about the installation show the suspension dropping enough to allow for both Upper and Lower parts to be easily installed.
However, after lifting my unit, and installing the upper section of the Sumo Springs, there is not enough room to slide the pre-assembled bottom section and the base plate with the lower section already screwed in.
I'm reaching out to a local mechanic, but it may require the front suspension be disconnected from the frame to install the Sumo Springs.
Shipping was very quick. Install was easy to do by myself in about 2hrs,with basic tools. Fit was perfect on my 2023 Volvo XC 60 recharge. No cutting or drilling needed, except on the heat shield, to access the safety chain loops. Piece of cake! I set my lap top in the cargo area,and let the excellent install video walk me through it.
Arrived ahead of schedule, everything lined up easily and has been a pleasure to use. Happy to do business again!

ETrailer was great. I would give them a 5 for service. The hitch itself did not fit the intended vehicle without some modifications. The bolt holes did not line up with the car and required some drilling and grinding. The website did say they were compatible.
