The order was correct and I received everything. However, the package came a little banged up with scratches and the box torn. It's not a big deal since it's a hitch that's hidden beneath the car but the packaging can improve.

Installation went well, but I got careless and cross-threaded one of the bolts. Recommend starting the bolts with fingers before using impact drill.

I installed the trailer hitch myself. Instructions were clear and straight forward. Took me about 90 mins to install with the help of my wife. Had to remove factory installed J Hook as it was preventing the hitch from being installed.

Prior to replacing the gear I could see the worn teeth. What I didn't see was the worn teeth on the motor sprocket. It still works. But others should consider replacing both.
Very fast shipping for my Jeep cross bar to use the Roadmaster tow set up I was given, they were knowledgeable and the install video is great!

Shipping was extremely fast. I'm just disappointed in the hardware that arrived with this trailer lift blocks kit that I ordered. I understand etrailer isn't responsible for products they sell. But the hardware that arrived with my lift blocks is a downgrade to both my trailers OEM hardware. I had to go out and another $60 on new hardware for each trailer
Just too maintain both Featherlite and ATC trailers standards for hardware that attached the axles to the frame. Etrailer was great, but the lift blocks company was a bit disappointing. Maybe an optional hardware upgrade should be available.
