Bought an eTrailer hitch for my 2007 Toyota Highlander. Bolts onto the frame using existing threaded holes... looked like an absolute breeze of an install (like 10 minutes, no kidding), except the final bolt hole didn't quite align due to the hitch apparently being slightly bent (OH NO!). This has happened to me once before with the eTrailer hitches... ruined my dream install and turned it into an hour long wrestling match.
I love eTrailer... the customer service is second to none, but you've GOT do do something about these hitches being slightly off... even if you can offer tips on how to correct and/or install a slightly bent hitch. It can be done, but it definitely takes a special technique and touch.
In the end I love the hitch and still love eTrailer.

Delivered in 2 days from MO to the mountains of CO. Even Amazon can't seem to do that with a Fulfillment Center in Denver.
I can find almost everything I need concerning my trailer needs. Only complaint I would have was I had an unfortunate delay in shipping but that wasn't etrailer's fault. Would highly recommend!

I ordered the seat covers for my highlander, mostly to protect light colored upholstery seats when my out of control, dirty dog jumps in. They fit well over the headrest and drape over the front of the seat. I intend to use them most of the time. If I could change something, it it'd be to to secure the front part of the seat itself so it doesn't ride up. But it is as promised and is very reasonable cost-wise compared to other options.
Love the site and everything it has, especially with the cookie to keep your vehicle as default. Very helpful. But probably the best thing is the customer service.
