Easy to navigate to product, clear information
Ordering was easy and customer service was great. The product shipped quickly but differed from the picture on the internet. I ordered this one because it looked exactly like my old one I was replacing. The one I received was slightly different but worked fine. However, it cost about $10 more than other sellers who sold that same product I receivd (not my original).

I ordered a tow hitch for my Tesla MY. It arrived within a week package securely with all parts and accessories. Very pleased with the process. I installed it myself in about three hours. And it works great.
Ordering and installation was fantastic as is the quality of their product. The videos were easy to follow and very specific for my vehicle.
Their issue is how they ship. Their box for the trailers is way too small and weak for a trailer hitch. My UPS driver informed me that they have issues with a very high percentage of their shipments.
They sent a second hitch back and it was a bit difficult getting them to come pickup the original hitch that was somewhat damaged. I worked it out and received a second shipment. This one was in a little better shape but not great. No damage was on the second hitch.
Have ordered hitches from other companies in the past and they wrap them in bubble wrap and ship without a box. UPS, and I, prefer this method.
Easy to find what I was looking for. Videos are very helpful in determining if I have the correct part.

Took about 3.5 hours for everything from blocking car up to clean up. I suggest getting a step drill bit to enlarge the holes. No major issues. Just time. Hitch looks great.
Front Hitch for my 2014 Thor class C bolted right up. Instructions were clear and all hardware was included. This was not my first purchase from e-trailer, have purchased several of my towing parts from them.
