The installation was easy i chose to use the one inch spacer that left about one inch between sumo and contact of Axel. I tow a 6000 lb Rv with spring bars. My 2022 Silverado four-door 2.7 6 1/2 foot bed full of camp gear in the mountains of West Virginia ran much smoother a little squat, and sway. Happy Camper!

Installing on a Pacifica Hybrid took considerably longer than expected. The etrailer video on Youtube was absolutely invaluable and way better than the paper directions provided. In the end i got it on but had to drill and fabricate a way to reattach a hybrid specific component that lost its mounting hole in the process of attaching the trailer hitch.

Put my vehicle into the online Roof rack tool and selected an option that popped up and was supposed to fit my car. When I received it, it would not fit at al after trying to install.

I called customer service and they said I could return it all, but I would have to cover shipping. I was informed that if I talked to one of there reps, and then it didn't fit then I wouldn't have been responsible for shipping fees.

Why even have the online rack tool if it's going to be incorrect and then have charges left to the customer. Isn't that a point of having the online tool?
