I've purchased several items from eTrailer for my 3 boat trailers and a box trailer. Most recent purchase was the same as earlier, exactly what I need at a great price and even arrived earlier than expected.

The kit looked like it fit my trailer needs, but the item description didn't specify that the inlet to the valve was the female end, the exact opposite of what I needed.
Product was as described. I purchased a receiver hitch for a Volvo and a tow wiring harness kit, I would recommend both products but the wiring harness instructions were very vague., one of the connections that they instruct you to make on the "driver side" of the vehicle is actually up beside the hatch dome light and the cable provided to connect to the car battery was about 4 feet short. I knocked off a star because etrailer shipped the wiring harness by itself (ordered together) and then after the harness alone was delivered, etrailer emailed me stating that my order has been delivered (not part of your order). After I contacted them to inform them that I received the harness only, they then replied as if it was my oversight (I recommend that you do not contact the customer stating that their order has been delivered, BEFORE it has been delivered!).
Very pleased overall. Arrived quickly without issues. Recommended!

Good easy to use fast fast shipping and good communication throughout
This was a very easy rack to put together. The directions are pretty generic, but it will only take you an hour to assemble. I chose this rack due to having experience with an older model and still love it! The wheel for moving the rack around comes in handy.
Price was better than Amazon and the shipping updates were great.

As long as you have the proper tools for the job this is relatively easy install. It definitely helped watching a video on youtube prior to the install so I had a better idea of exactly what I was supposed to do. Overall install for both sides took a little over 2.5 hours.

Product as described, price is a little high for 1 clamp and 2 caps. But it was what I needed and shipping was pretty quick.
