Great communication on etrailer but the postal service failed on delivering the package on time. I wish etrailer would bring back the local pickup.

It's a very well built strong rack. Assembly was not complicated. And it will work perfectly for our needs. The only thing is the little plastic end caps for the tubing all came broken.
