The hitch was delivered on time. Perfect condition, very easy to install. Looks great fits flawlessly under the car. Absolutely happy with it. The only suggestion that I would make is to provide nylon locknuts for the for Boltz because the average person is not a mechanic, and if they don't tighten it up properly as in don't have a torque wrench it would be extra security to put on nylon locknuts so that it could never come off. Other than that I love it.

I'm spending a lot of money, so I would have expected more from Etrailer. But my installer said this is the place to go…?
