Trailer provides lots of helpful things when it comes to deciding which hitch to buy, as well as hitch bike racks. The videos are very helpful. The one thing that I suggest needs to be changed is putting the trailer hitch in a box that actually fits it. When mine was delivered, the box was damaged and the hitch part was sticking out, exposed.

The quality of the air bag kit is bad wish I would have bought a different brand kit

Smooth, helpful and quick. I bought my order with an incorrect address but customer service helped me cancel the order and I was able to make a new order with my correct address. The entire ordeal lasted about 10 minutes. 4 days later, my parts arrived as predicted and were an exact fit!

I would have given a higher rating if this rating was solely based on the product itself. The product is great. Very solid and I was able to get it installed. The reason the the rating is lower is because the packaging the hitch arrived in was horrible. There was not interior packing to keep the hitch from sliding around. As a result box the hitch was in was nearly destroyed and torn open in several places from the inside as the hitch slid around. It was very lucky no parts were lost during transit.

They're very quick to get the product out to you. As soon as I placed the order, it was packed and shipped the same day.

Quick Shipping. Item received sooner than expected and have not had time to install yet.

Great. Exactly what I am looking for to keep the bugs out. A little tough to work the springs but we got it done.
