Very good quality products and very knowledgeable employees when you have questions about what you should order

Ordering was easy, shipping was fast. The exterior shipping box was in pristine condition. One item inside was packaged well, the other looks like it was run over by a truck. It is clear that it was put into the shipping box looking like this. I had to use quite a bit of packing tape just to put the box back together. No idea if it is complete. As it was a Christmas gift request, will see on Christmas day if it's all there.

Box arrived pretty mangled but cargo hitch basket was in good shape.

I often buy hard-to-find RV parts from etrailer. Always satisfied.

I was looking for a strong enough trailer hitch to to support a cargo rack holding 2 heavy ebikes behind my voyager. Etrailer provided me the best option at a lower price than the other sites I shopped at. It arrived on time and well packaged but I am having it professionally installed at a later date.

In purchasing this product, our original delivery date was to be on Thursday. I had to reach out to find out when we could expect it to be delivered. We finally received our product on Saturday and started installation on Sunday. As we opened up the product, we noticed that it was not new and had previously been used. My husband also noticed that the screws that were provided were not the right type or size and were missing some of the washers. He had to run to the store to purchase the correct ones. We also noticed that the instructions provided were for the wrong product. In general, we took longer trying to identify how to install them properly. We were very disappointed by the quality we received. I have attached pictures of the product and the instructions that came along with it.

I've probably ordered over a dozen times from etrailer over several years. This order just added one more tick mark on my list of times I got what I needed, when I needed it, and at a fair price.

Good follow-up service via e-mail and I like the personal touch of info about the employees working on my order. Free shipping on such heavy item as a trailer hitch is much appreciated! I will definitely have etrailer at the top of my list for future trailer and trailer wiring needs, etc.

It took forever to receive this. It went from Missouri to North Carolina (where I live) to Maryland and back to North Carolina.

The wipers that were guaranteed to fit did not fit at all. Not happy.
