ETrailer is my go-to site for almost anything automotive, even if it is not trailer related. Very often they have exactly what I need,at a good price, and delivery is swift. I ordered two sets of tire chains, and had to split the order because of delivery weight limits. They called me immediately to make sure I had not accidentally ordered twice. I have never needed to call customer service, but I am sure it would be friendly and efficient.

Received what I ordered, on expected date in perfect condition.

It is a challenge to identify the manufacturer of the awning used. Once identified, locating the parts can be confusing. I wish these were grouped together on the web page. Latest order was for the front cover on the power awning. This is the second time in 3 years that the cover has disappeared during travel. There are only a couple of clips and one screw holding it. I assume that the wind catches it and send it flying.

Had some shipping issues. Etrailer was always on top of it. Some shipping damage was resolved very quickly.

I had a hard time finding this - apparently the usual search engines don't like etrailer very much. Once I found a reference, the web site was easy to use and gave me all the info I needed.

Great product. Everything arrived on time and with the parts. I have bought 3 products from you guys so far and only returned 1 for reasons unrelated to the product. In other words, it is always a smooth process working with you all and I have yet to be dissatisfied by your product. I had issues installing a trailer hitch receiver from Uhaul despite their site saying it was compatible with my vehicle. It was not compatible, so I went with Etrailer and have no regrets.

You should have these items in a package deal for a Tandem axle Boat Trailer, I know that I could have gotten these items cheaper from a few other places around home and the only reason I'm going ahead and order these now is that you have them all in stock, but if I had the extra time to get the local shops to order them I would have, but I'm disabled and I don't feel like going through the process of being a few other stores to get what I need,,

I think my part shipped within a couple hours of ordering. Fast delivery. Will use them again!
