I had around $2000 in 4 or 5 different things on the eToro platform, but apparently after being vetted for laundering, they sent another request by email and said they tried phoning me as they needed yet more information about me, Unfortunately I missed all of this and found my account had been liquidated. AS if this wasn't bad enough, they lost 75% of the payment back to me (approx. £400 was returned). I have been emailing them but they want me to chase the payments that they made with banks and visa cards that I no longer have. I'm in an impossible position now, facing a lost $1300 with eToro hiding behind their ridiculous email support.

I have requested phone numbers to talk to someone but I still get generic responses, meanwhile MY money is lost in the system due to THEIR incompetence.

Don't open account at Etoro. They are $#*!ing on the money. Let me tell you how, when you buy on it on US site they charge you the fee for example 300 dollars to buy, when product rise they taking more out of it by selling on 60 cents for less than the price was 2.90 ($5655) I bought when real price was 2.60, sold for 3.14, when real price was 3.74. Its very bad web trading web site.Don't deal with them. They will really $#*! you on the money. They got more than 900 dollars on one buy and sell order.

I invested a massive chunk of my capital and savings into the care of an unregulated broker who vividly convinced me into investing, he said pulling out of the investment is easy and I could make withdrawals. I'm using eToro for few years and I faced not only with convenient interface and wide range of options for investing what is really good, but also I face with a difficulties connected with this platform. Let me describe some of them.

1. First what is annoying is that sometimes positions closing before your my stop loss level. There were many times when it was the reason that I lost money. I don't know why it happens, and I'm sure support won't give you any clear explanations.

2. Sometimes a support ignores your request. He does what he wants and does not pay attention to your explanations that this cannot be done in view of objective reasons.

3. I witnessed how a user tried several of his personal cards to replenish an account, which were rejected due to the fact that the cards of this country are not supported. But then, six months later, etoro closed the ability to replenish an account for this user and demanded to provide the data of all those cards that were not used for replenishment. They were not used, but the site required disclosure of data. It looked like an absurdity and took 3 weeks to sort out this situation.

I been traveling in Costa Rica on and off a rep called me up to invite me to a conference as I told him im in Costa Rica traveling so he told me to notify them so I can trade from there as I told him I have been back and forth to Costa Rica for 3.5 years and even opened my account from there.the next day I get a email telling me to pull my money out of the account because in 10 days the account will be closed cause I'm not living in the u.s?,I live in the u.s and I'm a citizen and was happy to leave this really bad platform.they also claim no fees lol they charge you a lot more then that as they charge you the spread on this trades they came up to $100+- fee for me on every trade almost.

Most times experience is the best teacher, initially when i started trading about 9 months ago i lost my money due to lack of good strategy. I am losing alot of money due to:
- The site and APP crashing regularly and during critical market times= Loss
- Leverage removed when the market is going up= Loss
- Buttons of buy and sell not always working properly= Loss
- They sometimes close your trades without you even knowing= loss
- Calculation of my profit/loss is incorrect and i have raised more than 5 tickets explaining this fact and no one is solving it.
- They send you deadline alerts 24 hours or less before the deadline dates.
Basically this trading platform is not recommended. It is low quality. It is unreliable and you end up losing money instead of making it due to their several hickups.
The site was down for 7 hours today. Money tied up and I dont know what is happening with it.
I am leaving the site. What a terrible experience and loss!

My account is not usable as it is still pending verification after a month and an email exchange with support. I withdrew my funds over a week ago and still no sign of them in my bank account. And of course the fees for putting money in or taking it out have me out of pocket for the experience. Look for other trading apps.

For the love of your mental health, kindly stay away from this company. They'll take your money & withdrawal becomes impossible.

Would not recommend them. Was referred by a friend to trade CDFs on crypto. The referral involved a promotion incentive, which meant I would be getting a bonus amount of USD from the referral after 5 Business days. That did not happen. When I asked why, they took over 48 hours to reply and in addition said to refer to their terms and conditions to why I was not entitled to the promotion bonus. The issue is, the T & C states numerous exemptions and they did not specify which exemption they referred too or or which clause that applied to my situation. That's highly unprofessional. If a customer does not qualify for a bonus promotion or an incentive, it's simply logical to explain the reason to the customer.

My account was limited because I made deposit via my friends credit card (because card details were saved and it took money automatically), They asked me to upload some documents, which I did, but after that have passed already more then 3 weeks and they keep saying wait and thank you for bearing with us.
