This was the first time I ordered saris online. I did a great deal of research before I placed an order before I purchased from any website. Ethnic Rack was highly recommended for their customer service, exact custom measurements and wonderful materials. I was beyond pleased with regards to all of these. The package arrived in great shape and each item perfectly wrapped. I was beyond thrilled when I opened the box. Keep up the great work! I will be ordering again!
Gave measurements to have fabric stitched and it was done incorrectly. Inferior fabric used and when I shared this info with customer service, they made me look like I'm wrong. Will not recommend them to anyone. Paid $127 for fabric and when I asked to get half back, customer service said $15 is good enough. What? Have to buy another outfit

Dress came with several missing embellishment. Upon contact were told that since dress get handled several time and then just stuff in plastic DHL bag they do fall off. When asked to send to replace, I was told that they will send with next order.
Are you kidding me? With this poor quality and terrible customer service, you think I will order again? I would suggest to stay away from company which doesn't stand behind their product. I also doubt if they publish my review.
I had 8 outfits made, 2 for each of my bridesmaids! I could not be happier with the fit and quality of each! The fabric is rich and better than expected! They were done in a timely fashion and I had all my questions answered promptly and adequately at each step of the way. The girls can't wait to wear their beautiful new pieces!
I was searching for the perfect bridesmaids outfit for our wedding. Lo and behold, Ethnic Rack had what we needed, provided a clear and easy to understand template, and provided the beautiful items. I loved it so much that I ordered one for myself. I highly recommend them!
I cant say enough about how fantastic my experience with this company was! From the easy ordering on their web site to the meticulous measurements they ask for to the fabulous quality of the end result- one of the most beautiful sarees I have ever seen! The designs are creative and original, and the workmanship astonishing - I cannot WAIT to order my next outfit!

We are sorry about your unfortunate experience though our team communicated with you throughout the process. Usually, all the instructions are followed as given. If there is anything we cannot follow, we always reach out for clarification. After you shared pictures with us, we found that the main issue was the additional lining in the outfit which you initially requested and we gave you an estimated quote for, but, you decided to go without one. Also, based on your last email it looks like there was a mismatch in understanding a particular measurement from both ends. We realized that it could have been easily avoided with more clear communication and are taking corrective steps going forward. We have always tried to help our customers in any scenario and at times have gone beyond our policies and have given 100% refund back, if there is a mistake from our end. Though your outfit was stitched as instructed with the original design and fabric provided by manufacture, we understand that extra lining would have made it look much nicer, as you shared pictures with us. We would have offered that service but that could have cost you few bucks to send the outfit back to us. Instead, we wanted to land our help locally here and so offered you $15 to have it fixed here. The same thing would have cost you $10, when we initially proposed you. In order to address the issue and give you more clarity on the matter, if we made you feel that you are at the fault, then we extremely apologies. That’s not our intention.
With every experience we learn and grow. Thank you for providing honest feedback. Knowing where we are missing the mark helps us tackle our weaknesses as we strive to be better every single day. Color and quality is not same as in image. Product delivery took long time than expected. Bottom/leggings quality is poor.
Obviously pictures make it all look so good, but i got mine was tight, like really tight. The cloth as such - i wouldnt complain on quality. Will i try again? I might give one more chance. And see..

I bought the Floor length Anarkali and I had to get this made in a plus size with an additional minimum charge. Well, our good girl Urvi did all the hard work and it was made just the way I wanted it. The color was more sophisticated and I'm happy. The whole process was done professionally as per the measurements etc. and yes I will shop with Ethnic Rack again. Thank you Urvi and the team Ethnic Rack.
It was a pleasure dealing with Ethnic Rack. They emailed me when color fabric was changed and progress of my order. Loved my kameez outfit... looked great
I had ordered a pink sari as shown on website picture and what I received is a golden sari. Filed a complaint with the vendor and sent pictures but they said they haven't received those and will close the complaint. I resent them but have no theard back from them yet. Hoping for a speedy resolution.
From what we can see your experience was not reflective of our brand. We are really sorry for that. For any complains, we require pictures to provide the resolution faster. None of the complains go unattended and expires only, if requested details are not received in stipulated time. Since you provided us with the pictures later, we already accepted your return request and all necessary details have already been provided to you.
We are sad to hear things did not go as expected. Internally, we are already investigating the matter and looking for ways to ensure this does not happen again.

This is my third order and I am very pleased with three outfits I received on 8/7/2018. Ethnic Rack has reasonable prices and I compared about 6 online websites and this is the lowest price I found for the same suits. I never have to alter my suit come with perfect fitting. My daughter is very pleased with her Anarkali. It was a good buy. I love its customer service. Love to shop with Ethnic Rack.

I had an outfit custom made for a wedding--was hoping to have a beautiful, comfortable, unique outfit that I'd wear again. Ethnic rack was the Perfect solution. It is beautiful, fits me like a glove, and I can't wait for the next occasion to wear it. Would definitively encourage anyone to go this route!
My order got delayed, one item was out of stock which got even more delayed. Return has to be send back to india, which not easy...
I bought a lehenga from this site. It has been a great experience than any other Indian clothing site. The product was delivered on time. The stitching was great, it is also cheaper than other website. I am very satisfied with the service and product. I would definitely buy again from this site also recommend to my friends and family.

I made two separate orders from ethnic rack for my wedding. As with many online sites, some of the clothes did not look as good in hand as they did on the website, sometimes because of lower quality, and occasionally because they were slightly different design or style from the item pictured.
I wanted to return a few of the dresses I bought in the first order, and the team was very responsive when communicating by email. The cost to ship the items back was very costly. But they promptly filled my new order.
Overall, I would use this website again but would ask a lot of questions before ordering so that I don't have to undergo the expensive return process.
Decent outfit. The ordering, measurements, followup and delivery... all processes great. No issues in timeline. Prompt reply online. In all a good experience buying with Ethnic-rack.
