“Looks Good But...”

Dress came with several missing embellishment. Upon contact were told that since dress get handled several time and then just stuff in plastic DHL bag they do fall off. When asked to send to replace, I was told that they will send with next order.

Are you kidding me? With this poor quality and terrible customer service, you think I will order again? I would suggest to stay away from company which doesn't stand behind their product. I also doubt if they publish my review.

We are truly sorry your experience was not to your satisfaction. We offer a variety of products selected for their quality and durability but sometimes things don't go as planned. Apparel consisting embellishment has tendency to come off even with perfect handling and packaging. This is the known issue however, uncommon for us. Since, these things are not available locally here and at times international shipments are not feasible due to various reasons including customs, we offered you an option to send along with your next order. As you can see on other reviews, we are known for taking ownership and caring deeply for our customers. Our team is already working on it and we hope to provide the resolution soon.

In the interim, know that any reviews posted here are genuine reviews by our customers. It is publicly available and everybody can see it.
