The thief try to charge me 536 dollars to get my tittle i went to tax collection myself i only pay 145 dollars
I went in to process my registration because with the tax offices closed to traffic due to coronavirus - i ended up on this web site - they ask for payment and then when I get to the end - they tell you - you have to upload documents - well I couldn't upload the documents -- I drove down to the tax office and asked them what to do - they said they didn't know anything about etag - gave me some instructions to follow to bring the document back to them - they told me to cancel the transaction - I came back and attempted to cancel and rep told me I would have to pay a $20.00 cancellation fee because I wanted to cancel the service - Help me to understand - if they can't complete the process - unless I upload a document - given I am already supplying the Drive ID number - which we have a number of vehicles already registered - why would they want to charge a cancellation fee - this is the worst service I have ever used and I hope - the state of Florida need to review their service agreement with this company -- I am a very unhappy customers

I do wish we would get email updates from DMVA. I still rely on snail mailed reminders and forms to know when and what i need to do.
It makes it so simple to renew your etags. Especially during this time of the Covid 19 situation. No waiting in line and having to take time off from work.

They renewed as determined by the State of Florida for three months. The charge by etags was $19.95. The registration cost was $27.29. I was renewing for a year by etags changed it after the fact. I call bull$#*!
I needed to do a title transfer on a vehicle and was just transferring over a tag I already have from a previous vehicle. They charged me $149.00. Ok great. I submitted all my info required and they wanted an additional $479.00! That is sickening! I will never recommend this site to anyone. To take advantage of people like that during a worldwide crisis... that is so wrong. People struggling already.

Re-registered on-line with eTags while traveling out of state. Received mailed decal and registration within days. Worth the price to me, without a dought. Saved me a trip back home.

Took only a couple minutes to fill out the documents, the cost is reasonable for the convenience of not having to go to the DMV and Waite in line and the tags were delivered to me in less than a week. I will definitely recommend Etags to everybody I know.
