Was easy and easy to understand, did not know I would be charged more for the service. Tags would have been $46.10 in person but with your service they were $74.00.

Thought I was in the regular site to get my tag, didn't know it was going to cost me so much. I should of just went to the office to get my tag. I could of got a 2 year tag for what it cost me with you. Was told I would get some sort of refund, nothing yet. Very dissatisfied. The e-mail was from Leah in eTags Customer Service Supervisor, May 29 at 11:11am.

I followed instructions and it ended up costing twice as much.I got the email after you were closed to cancel. On Monday I spoke to Karen and was helpful and kind. She took off all the fees except for$1.50

Clear and simple form. Should allow a space for name on credit card being used for payment if different from vehicle owner. Also an instant notification that you have received the order and are processing it. I didn't know anything for a few days and wondered if everything went through ok.

I MAILED MY TAG RENEWAL & PERMANENT DISABLED PARKING PERMIT INTO YOUR OFFICE ON APRIL 25,2015. CHECK FOR36.10 WAS ENCLOSED ALSO DR. STATEMENT (A*******). They never came! Please follow up with me.

The E-tag fee I paid was double and the rush delivery took 1 week. The office here in Clearwater claims my parking & tag renewal was lost in the mail!

When I authorized the payment, the bill was $26. I ended up with a $95 bill somehow. I emailed 2 weeks ago, no response. Never will use this service EVER again. I would have GLADLY cancelled the order for a refund, had I been able to figure out how to do that on the website, after my surprise bill that was almost quadruple what I was told I was paying. TOTAL SCAM
