The choice of systems offered by Estripe is excellent. I tried to find a desktop from usual well known stores but none had enough disk storage apart from a few very expensive gaming systems. I have 1000's of photos and need 2TB. The config option offered by Estripe allowed me to select a modest performance desktop but with enough disk space. I was informed at each stage of the build process and delivery - well organised.

My experience with Estripe has been nothing short of excellent. Estripe have a great website that makes it easy to customise and purchase a computer. The prices were reasonable and it was a good delivery time.

Order processed quickly. I was kept informed during the build. The only negative was with the delivery company not providing suitable notification before delivery.

This is my first time ordering from Estripe and it's been great. I've had a really old laptop for 10 years where the hardware was limited so was in need of a big upgrade.
I was able to fully customize that my PC*. I did months of research to get the best what I could get for my budget. My build came to $1399.
Delivery.
I've had the PC for about 2 weeks now, it took about 7 working days for build and delivery. Happy with the time it took, the quality of the pc is a lot better than I thought. It was well packaged, however the packing foam that was put in to fill between parts of the inside of the PC was quite tricky to get out, I was worried to break something as it was so lodged in, just be careful when taking that out. Also if you get a wireless network card, you attach the antennas.
I did have an issue with some updating feature restart problem with windows 11, and I contacted Estripe, and got back very quick responses with a solution. I was able to follow these and sort the issue out in Command Prompts. The PC works brilliantly and so much faster than anything I've had before. I use it for 3D software such as blender and I've also now been able to play games like Star Wars: Fallen Order and others on Xbox Game Pass.
*The monitor, Keyboard, speakers and mouse in the images are not from Estripe.

The customer service was absolutely faultless. I had a query prior to placing my order regarding the internal set up and the gentleman I spoke to gave me the information I needed. Coupled with the regular updates during the building and testing phase, complete with a photograph part way through the build, this was well received.

The order process was relatively simple although the filter and comparison options when choosing the laptop configuration could be made more powerful and flexible. Other than that the build was quick, the tracking excellent, delivery on-time and the performance of the laptop frankly staggering for the price paid. I'll definitely be using Estripe as my 1st choice in the future.

The ordered PC represents good value. Regular updates were provided during the construction and despatching process and proved to be informative. In the first fortnight of usage, I have not experienced any fault in the computer and it is as powerful as I had anticipated, if not more so.

Phone support service before and after sales was excellent, the website is excellent, the build tracking is excellent. I am delighted with Estripe and would recommend them to anyone.

Over a number of years I have ordered computers for myself and other people and have always been impressed with the service and advice from Estripe. I have just recently ordered a new PC to replace my slightly aging but working PC (again that was supplied by Estripe) and as is usual cannot fault the prompt service and build time. Every step of the way you are kept informed of where your PC is in the build timetable and when you will be receiving it. The PC was deliver on the 7th working day. As expected my new PC is everything I asked for and more. I can wholeheartedly recommend Estripe for their service and importantly their advise and guidance if you have questions.

Great service, I chatted to the technical team before i ordered to fine tune the build I wanted, I was kept up to date on the build and testing. PC arrived safe and sound in quality packing. The only niggle i had was a slight sound issue but was solved with reinstalling drivers. Very happy customer

Decent build at a decent price, but you never really know what a company is like until something goes wrong.
The toughened glass on the side of my case broke within an hour of arrival (presumably damaged in transit), and I called up and reported it. No questions asked, new part arrived the next working day.

Delivery was fast, the pc build in general is a good build. But ive had two problems so far, items left on the computer from whomever tested it were flagged as malware to which i contacted technical support who confirmed items where left there by the testing team on accident and that i can delete the folder. But they didn't answer my question as to why stuff was flagged as malware. The second problem is when having 3 basic items such as keyboard mouse and headset plugged in to the USB 2.0 panels on the back of the machine i get a not enough controller resources error. I used these items on the previous pc i got from Estripe with no issues. So honestly confused why theres not enough resources on a machine that is 6 year newer. I havent had time to contact the support and go through and see if there can be a fix but the fact theres 2 issues in general and the support the first time around wasn't the greatest customer service. I would still suggest estripe. As i said ive baught 3 systems from them in the past and in the past they are good and issues get resolved. I gave the 3 star rating this time around because the USB issue seems something that should have been checked during testing, and having items flagged as malware thats left on the system from Estripe and not being reassured only told you can delete the folder wasn't very good customer service overall but still decent. I would still buy from Estripe though as in the past i have had only one issue with previous machines that was fixed quickly.

We were updated throughout the process which was really helpful, and the delivery went very smoothly. We are really pleased with the PC, all of good quality. This was a birthday present for a teenager who is very pleased with it.
