E Stripe

I had some assistance from a friend when designing my build but the process and direction from the website was generally straightforward. I received regular updates and emails with some set up instructions. I would definitely recommend Estripe to anyone looking for a custom build - though my needs were fairly low level (for business needs) compared to hard core gamers.

It's always a scary proposition to part with thousands of pounds but Estripe filled me with confidence from the get go. Answered any question I had and honestly it was even better than I expected. I've had my new PC around 6 weeks or so and absolutely love it. Can't recommend enough.

I don't know a great deal about computer components but the E-Stripe website made the ordering process so easy in terms of compatibility. I was able ti build a PC to suit my budget and tweak components up and down to get the most kit for my money. I ordered over the Christmas period and despite this the the PC arrived quicker than the average and was well packaged and arrived fully working. I'm very pleased with my purchase and have recommend EStripe to a friend who has just upgraded.

I was need of a replacement pc because there was an issue with my old one that I couldn't fix. Delivery was quick within 7 working days. Computer doesn't get hot due to plenty of room and fan placements. Interior is very tidy with careful though going in to cable placement which is greatly appreciated. Thank you for the build.

My pc came with no issues, it runs perfectly fine just as expected. Out of the websites i have looked at before buying my pc Estripe was the cheapest. I don't see a reason to purchase from other websites when you get the same parts except they are more expensive. Highly recommend if you are buying your first pc or your 5th it is super easily to customize a pc with all the parts you want super straight forward, they even tell you things such as weather your power supply is not powerful enough for the parts you have selected making it very consumer friendly towards beginners looking to buy their first pc.

After order was placed, I had waited for two months to get the computer to be built. The delivery was really bad. They did miss the delivery date for two times and finally when I opened the package I found that one corner of PC case was damaged.
Still negotiate with E-Stripe customer service to get some refund for this damage. However, the people who is in charge of this case just ignore my email and so far hasn't come back to me.
It is really a bad experience to buy this PC.

Really happy with my PC, especially how whisper quiet it is! Great build quality, good customer service and great selection of components. I was notified immediately when a part I'd selected was unfortunately not available. The only thing that could have been better is that it would have been nice if the amendment fee had been waived when I had to change my order due to my selected SSD being unavailable but still selectable as an option on the website

I have used E-stripe for years for my business and always been 100% happy, the latest order not so much...

The production time was initially set up to 9 days, in the end it was over 3 weeks, this I can live with, although it was an over promise and under delivery.
When it arrived a few weeks ago we have had issues with it, firstly the windows licence was not entered correctly and we have since spend considerable time trying to trouble shoot the issue, which begs the question, why was in not tested properly?
Ryan who is helping trouble shoot is great, the response time is slow but I accept they are a big company with lots of pull on their time.
Will I order again, truth be told, I just do not know right now...

It's reassuring that the specification you select is verified. E.g., I initially chose a PSU with insufficient power and more fans than needed since the case I selected had integral fans. Build and delivery time felt quite long though: around 3 weeks. Also not impressed that the delivery driver felt fine about leaving a 2 grand PC on my doorstep and leaving with a knock, despite the specification to leave with a neighbour if necessary. Glad I was in.

This is my first time ordering from Estripe and it's been great. I've had a really old laptop for 10 years where the hardware was limited so was in need of a big upgrade.
I was able to fully customize that my PC*. I did months of research to get the best what I could get for my budget. My build came to $1399.
Delivery.
I've had the PC for about 2 weeks now, it took about 7 working days for build and delivery. Happy with the time it took, the quality of the pc is a lot better than I thought. It was well packaged, however the packing foam that was put in to fill between parts of the inside of the PC was quite tricky to get out, I was worried to break something as it was so lodged in, just be careful when taking that out. Also if you get a wireless network card, you attach the antennas.
I did have an issue with some updating feature restart problem with windows 11, and I contacted Estripe, and got back very quick responses with a solution. I was able to follow these and sort the issue out in Command Prompts. The PC works brilliantly and so much faster than anything I've had before. I use it for 3D software such as blender and I've also now been able to play games like Star Wars: Fallen Order and others on Xbox Game Pass.
*The monitor, Keyboard, speakers and mouse in the images are not from Estripe.

Very pleased to find this business and their website. Putting together a custom PC to do what I wanted was made easy and clear. Goods arrived in good time and good condition. I thought value for money was excellent too. My only difficulty, and nothing to do with Estripe, was in putting on an alternative OS, as the wifi card interfered with the Ubuntu 20.04 installer. I include this info as it may assist other customers. All sorted now, and running like lightning!

Great service, first time getting a built-to-order PC rather than building my own, price was great compared to buying all the components individually and doing it myself. Impressed with the PC design process and feedback on how the order is progressing, the 3D images of the build in progress is a nice touch. Overall extremely happy with the finished PC.

Easy to use with lots of options for personalising your PC. The form also guides you to make sure you're not buying incompatible or unnecessary parts. There are regular updates once the PC started getting built which was great, and once it was ready to be shipped it arrived quickly.

Me second time ordering from EStripe, and they delivered once again. The custom PC I ordered was built to high spec and dispatched in a good timeframe. It came packaged with everything I requested, well protected packaging, and was quick and easy to set up. I'm very happy with my order.

A bit confusing on the web site is that once you start down a certain path (say, "office pc") then some options are not available to you anymore - but nothing informs you that's the case. Thankfully someone told me about that on the forum!

Overall, I would definitely recommend Estripe for custom builds!

I opted for the 5 day dispatch and my PC arrived well within that timeframe with no damage or faults. Helpful emails that reminded which hdmi/display ports to use which is great for new/beginning enthusiasts and installing elements like the WiFi antenna. Everything went smooth and was fairly simple for someone inexperienced like myself.

I was pleasantly surprised by the wide range and flexible system for selecting components. I advise everyone who has never tried or still doubts.

Great machine, through the process of buying and build, they kept me informed all the way with various photos as each stage and then with instructional photos. Once completed I was unsure of the video card connections but after calling support, they guided me through what I needed to know.

This was my first gaming PC I've ever had so I was nervous, but it's honestly amazing. It's everything I wanted in my first ever PC! It was easy and quick to do, just over a week to arrive, I got updates on every process it was going through. All in all an amazing company and product! Would recommend to anyone.

It took a while getting to me but they make no secret of that before you buy. Estripe give you the choice to add top quality components to make the PC you would be making yourself. I'd love to have seen NZXT cases like we used to but aside from that the build is top notch and I'm very happy with it. Would recommend.
