Be careful. Company has problems with fixing computers while on warranty. My computer is in service from April (4 months now). No communication, no fix, no computer. Guys in support very kind, but stil no resolution and progress.

This is the second PC I've bought from E-Stripe, this one to replace the previous one which was just starting to freak a little after over a decade of error free service.
I configured the pc myself from the almost endless list of components and thanks to the error checking tool at the end of this process could be confident everything would be compatible.

Looks good, and came safely, but the pc has had repeated issues since arriving. Estripe tech support have been quick to respond but still having issues. Hopefully a third reinstall of windows will help
They used to be very good but it now takes hours to get through to customer support. My new PC has turned up not working and they won't swap for a working one but, instead ard going to make me wait while ir's sent back and fixed. I think that's apalling service.
Order was easy to configure and arrived when estimated. Once it was received, most components and functionality worked as expected. Only small critism I would have, is that the 2 fans that come with the case weren't fitted or present (sent out after raising with CS) and the visible cable management looks a little disorganised. Other than that, the computer works and looks great.
Got my system after having to wait in line for the build due to my custom components. I was regularly updated via email on the progress of my wait which was reassuring. Only fly in the ointment was when DHL failed to deliver on the designated day and I had to wait 24 hours to get my pc
We were updated throughout the process which was really helpful, and the delivery went very smoothly. We are really pleased with the PC, all of good quality. This was a birthday present for a teenager who is very pleased with it.
Estripe are an amazing company the process of getting my pc customised and built by the was vey wasy to understand considering this is my first gaming pc and folding know a lot about them. And they keep very informed with how the building process is going would highly recommending them to anyone that ask me anything about where to get a pc. Also it's great because they have a very good finance service for someone that can't outright buy a expensive gaming computer.

The pc I got visually is amazing! I love the look, everything is clean in terms of actual cleanliness and how the wires were organised.
The setup was not too much trouble, but when I started up the pc applications were not working and it felt like windows was perhaps not installed properly… I had to get support from Microsoft themselves which was annoying as even though they ran through it with me & it was eventually fixed, I had to do a full reinstall of windows 11 and a lot of their fixes I could not do as the pc would not allow me to until after… that's where it loses that star for me as that was very troubling… without that hiccup I would give this 5 stars! I'd give it more if possiblebecause I'm really enjoying it.
The process from time of order was excellent. I was kept up to date with progress at regular intervals. Finally, I got to see a 3d image of my new pc. Delivery and packing was excellent and the machine is working flawlessly with all the peripherals I have connected to it. Mainly for MSFS2020.

This is my second laptop, again chose Estripe because of the ability to configure the spec. The build quality is good and comms received when certain components weren't in stock was good. Delivery was quick once PC was built and tested.
Estripe service was great however their delivery company UPS awful (they are normally good to be fair). UPS somehow managed to lose a 5K pc in their depot! Now I have to wait a number of days before Estripe will build a new one. Not their fault I understand and up until the pc was given to UPS I would fully recommend them. Great comms throughout and really quick dispatch considering everything I ordered. Fingers crossed UPS don't lose the second one they're likely to have to build! Despite my issue with delivery I would still use them again as I'm sure this is isolated. Would have given 5 stars if not for the problem.
