Decent build at a decent price, but you never really know what a company is like until something goes wrong.
The toughened glass on the side of my case broke within an hour of arrival (presumably damaged in transit), and I called up and reported it. No questions asked, new part arrived the next working day.
Great support, thanks! And the feedback during the build process was excellent too.

I ordered quite an expensive custom gaming computer for my son. The website helped quite a bit in choosing the components. A bit more effort can be made to make it more user friendly for non specialists. Other than that I am extremely happy with the customer communications once the product was ordered, how it was delivered and how easy it was to get it started. After almost a month no issues with the computer which makes me happy.

A fantastic build

The ordered PC represents good value. Regular updates were provided during the construction and despatching process and proved to be informative. In the first fortnight of usage, I have not experienced any fault in the computer and it is as powerful as I had anticipated, if not more so.

The customer service was absolutely faultless. I had a query prior to placing my order regarding the internal set up and the gentleman I spoke to gave me the information I needed. Coupled with the regular updates during the building and testing phase, complete with a photograph part way through the build, this was well received.

The order process was relatively simple although the filter and comparison options when choosing the laptop configuration could be made more powerful and flexible. Other than that the build was quick, the tracking excellent, delivery on-time and the performance of the laptop frankly staggering for the price paid. I'll definitely be using Estripe as my 1st choice in the future.

The choice of systems offered by Estripe is excellent. I tried to find a desktop from usual well known stores but none had enough disk storage apart from a few very expensive gaming systems. I have 1000's of photos and need 2TB. The config option offered by Estripe allowed me to select a modest performance desktop but with enough disk space. I was informed at each stage of the build process and delivery - well organised.

Great service, I chatted to the technical team before i ordered to fine tune the build I wanted, I was kept up to date on the build and testing. PC arrived safe and sound in quality packing. The only niggle i had was a slight sound issue but was solved with reinstalling drivers. Very happy customer

Over a number of years I have ordered computers for myself and other people and have always been impressed with the service and advice from Estripe. I have just recently ordered a new PC to replace my slightly aging but working PC (again that was supplied by Estripe) and as is usual cannot fault the prompt service and build time. Every step of the way you are kept informed of where your PC is in the build timetable and when you will be receiving it. The PC was deliver on the 7th working day. As expected my new PC is everything I asked for and more. I can wholeheartedly recommend Estripe for their service and importantly their advise and guidance if you have questions.

It is realy a bad experience

After order was placed, I had waited for two months to get the computer to be built. The delivery was really bad. They did miss the delivery date for two times and finally when I opened the package I found that one corner of PC case was damaged.
Still negotiate with E-Stripe customer service to get some refund for this damage. However, the people who is in charge of this case just ignore my email and so far hasn't come back to me.
It is really a bad experience to buy this PC.

Ordering process was easy. Website allowed me to tweak according to my limited budget and gave me confidence the parts I chose would be compatible. Feels like I got a good deal. Tracking system keeping me up to date on order progress was a nice surprise.

The website was clear and interactively helpful. The PC arrived when expected. The service team have all been amazing, clear and patient. I've spoken with four so far.
Waiting in line on they phone, they are constantly updating on the queue length.
It's been a few weeks now we haven't quite worked out what is wrong, but they have been superb in response.
The replacement parts have come, if a little late, mainly because of trying to fit into my availability to receive them.
Maybe by the time I've opened the box another couple of times they will be offering me a tech service job. - Well, probably not.

Website is clear and arganised, to order my PC was a piece of cake. I am not a PC guru but went through without any problem. Actually it was my joy to pick out each components what I'd like to put in the machine. From there on everything took off, quick and easy payment methods, confirmation. I got many emails from start to finish, so I knew what stage is my PC in. Customer service is excellent. Then I got a box, everything in it, each piece carefully packed. Took about five minutes to set up the whole machine. It was that easy. My overall experience: this company, these guys are working fast, making quality computers for less price than you can buy anywhere.

It did take over a month but it is made to order so I think it is absolutely fair! There have been problems with graphics cards supply too so understandable that it took a bit longer, especially during a pandemic. Very pleased with my PC and how well it works! E Stripe kept in touch the whole way and you can track the build online which i found really helpful

Greta pc build was done within 5 days my only bad thing is the delivery driver refused to bring it up the stairs and told me its not his job and I'm partially disabled so I had to carry or roll it up 3 flights of stairs on my own but other than that im very happy with my order and will use again.

Easy to use website with really competitive prices when compared to the competitors. Was provided with regular updates on my order and any questions I had where responded to promptly. Delivery was agreed on a Saturday which DPD failed to pick up but they ensured that it would be delivered on the Tuesday and refunded me the additional delivery charge without me even asking. The machine that turned up was in generally very well built with the exception of two of the fans being installed on the aio the wrong way round but overall really happy with the experience.
