I really love this brand, it produces only good products. My must have is definitely double wear foundation, which gives the effect of second skin, one minus is that this foundation is without pump and sometimes I pour too much product,
Prices are not average, but I agree to pay more in order to have such fantastic results. I always receive a lot of compliments after using estee lauder cosmetics.
I just want to try mascara, but do not know which one to try first.

I have been using its double wear for about 2 years now. The qaulity of all their make up is superior in long-lasting stay, anti allergic, color choices, skin compatibility, goes in smoothly and rich.

I opened a brand new box of Estée Lauder pure color envy lash and it was dried up and broken tip of the wand. I called the customer care line which was circling me around and finally spoke with anika who told me it was old and nothing could be done. I know it's not old and now I'm out on my treat if good mascara. I have now switched to Clinique as I was in a pinch away from home without mascara. Disappointed in their attitude to help me get the product I wanted and expected.

I've been an Estee Lauder customer for many years. I would like to express my satisfactions for all of the products specially the new one, Advanced Eye Concentrate Matrix. It is wonderful products to cover the lines and wrinkles. I purchase my favorites online and receive them promptly! I want to thank the Estee Lauder representatives who support the customers whenever needed online.

Developed two 2"x1" patches on cheekbones 4 years ago. Used this for 2 years at least with no change. Wasted my money. This product was ineffective. Used Meladerm from Civant and there was a difference in the spots in 6 weeks.

I met the brand of Estee Lauder for the first time, I used to use cosmetics from Dior, Chanel (I liked it), and Clarins from a luxury suite, the latter brand disappointed me greatly.
I received the Estee Lauder Blockbuster Anglo Set as a birthday present from my husband.
I am very glad that I have such a gorgeous set of cosmetics! This brand pleasantly surprised me. All the cosmetics fit me and I liked it.
I recommend to purchase!

The so called 6 piece deluxe sized gift that arrived with the dual 3.4oz Revitalizing Serums fir mom's BIRTHDAY GIFT, 2 out of 6 are so old 1 is crusted to the bottom of the tiny jar (neck cream) and the cleansing balm is rock hard in the tube. I have pictures sent by my DAD. My mom uses Sisley neck cream but was excited to try out your neck cream sample to compare. She can't. Why would you ship expired, old, crusted over, oxidized samples? Do you have zero consideration for your customers?

Ordered items just a couple weeks before Christmas, was not sure if I would receive them before the Holidays or not but I was blown away by how quick the order processed and shipped, I had it within 4 days of ordering. It was boxed so super nice, in a larger Estee Lauder box with tissue paper. Plus I got 2 samples with my purchase that are amazing. Every aspect of the ordering/buying process was perfect. Was top quality from start to finish!

I bought the foundation for $50 online and didn't realise i needed to buy the pump separately. So annoying because the pump is like $20 so i would have qualified for the 5 piece free gift offer they had at the time! So disappointing. And when i contacted their staff about it, they weren't helpful at all. So stupid the whole thing because she told me THEY WERE SOLD OUT OF THE PUMP AND TO SHOP AT SEPHORA. Lol they say you can use the product without it but i don't think you can, you would waste so much of it!

I purchased products online on the 25th of November,i received my delivery on the 19th December with some missing items, when i try to call the delivery service which is PDP laser, the call does not go through, i also tried the MAC whatsapp servise and i was told there's nothing they can do to assist
