Established Titles

I purchased this as a fun gift for another family member. I think it is a good value, although my experience was not quite perfect The certificate they sent had an error in the person's name and title. They sent two documents, one was correct, the other had the error, so I couldn't give that additional document as part of the gift. But I didn't bother to tell the vendor about the error, and I just made my own gift certificate for the presentation. I am sure that Established Titles would have sent a corrected title document if I had requested it.

It is really cool that you can become an actual Scottish Lord this affordable. It shows you a map on Google earth showing your square footage and you can zoom right in far enough to see if there are people trespassing. It comes with multiple variations of the official document that you can print out if you don't opt for the beautifully well done document shipped to you. It's worth it to have framed in my shop to put my buddies in shape if they get out of hand. They have to listen I'm a lord after all. It's a great thing even if itbis only a novelty thing but it appears to actually be legal. I love it. It sort of gives you a lift on a personal level when that certificate shows up. Every time I think about it it just makes what ever I'm doing at the time go easier doing it as a lord. It's always better than what the serfs are doing.

I purchased my title and am very happy with everything. I was a bit confused at first and thought I would receive something in the post, but after a couple of weeks, nothing showed up. I sent an email to ET and received a very respectful Email back. I didn't realize I only paid for a digital copy, but that was entirely my fault, not Established Titles. Not sure if I can go back and order a printed copy ( I don't have a copier, or know anyone who does). But come what may, I still have my title! Thank you so much! And yes, this site is the real deal! Do a little research online and you will find out all about it, including the location of our property.

There seems to be no proof of trees being planted. I get it the Lordship titles are a fun gift, but my motivation was to help forest conservation efforts, and there's no evidence Established Titles have anything to do with that.

I saw ads about becoming a Lord and didn't quite know what to think of it. After doing some quick searching i realized it was indeed a possibility. I ended up getting a plot of land with Established Titles to become a Lord and quickly became the envy among friends. Needless to say i have since gifted out several additional plots to friends. Can't wait until we all take a group getaway and can show off our titles while traveling!

I'm completely satisfied with my experience with this company. I know some people may think that this company is a scam because they saw it on Facebook, but I will stand by this company until the day they can so longer sell titles.
I plan to purchase plots for all my friends soon, as the life of a lord is lonely.

You can get a physical copy or just a printed. Obviously the printed has free shipping, i don't know about the refund policy or how long shipping takes.

I purchased the larger piece of land for my husband who is a direct descendent of Scotland. With a name like MacInnes, he deserved it. He has had so many health challenges in the last three years that for his birthday and because he's never been to Scotland but always wanted to know more about his heritage, it was the perfect gift! We display his title certificate proudly! He loved the gift so much, we bought our grandson, Ian, a plot of land for his first birthday! This is such a great gift. I highly recommend!
