I previously bought a lord title from another site that end up being a scam. So I did lots of research before buying from Highlands. I am totally satisfied and happy to find out they are not fake. This was a present for my brother and he's already planning a trip to Scotland to visit his land.
Buying online these days can sometimes feel like playing Russian Roulette but with only one empty chamber! Was very pleased and impressed to realize I had pulled the trigger on the right one! Established titles have been so good! I placed two orders and had a follow up question on one. My inquiry was answered promptly and very professionally. Really could not have been happier with my decision! Great experience and highly recommend!
I bought this for myself on my birthday as a bit of a gag. Soon after with my proclamation framed at home and work, everybody recognizes me as Lord. Food and drinks are free. People bow their heads. Red carpets are everywhere.

This was an amazingly great gift for my grandfather. He has owned land in most states within the US but has never owned anything that would be worthy of lordship. When he received his title he was very much pleased with joy and to this day is a great conversation starter. Here's to Lord Eugene and Lord Daniel!
I was so excited when I heard about established titles for the first time. I bought a piece of land for my husband residing in the states. He has always been very fascinated with Scotland, he absolutely loved his gift! And loves his new title!
Easy to purchase and print. Not so clear on changing the person's title. This is a souvenir plot and the named person holds no legal title as 1 square foot of Scotland cannot be sold. My partner LOVED the gift in spite of this :)
I made a mistake filling out the order so the certificate arrived with the wrong details. I applied for a refund and a corrected title and this was done immediately, no question, no problem. It is exactly what you expect from any company but do not always receive.
I read a lot about this prior to purchasing it but I must say not even the negative reviews could keep me away. It was so much fun receiving a Lady certificate! And after I received mine, my mom desperately wanted one too therefore I gave her the perfect Mother's Day gift: I turned her into a lady;-) now my little 9 year old sister is the next in line to become a lady but we have told her she needs to behave like a lady to become one. She has been on best behaving anxiously looking forward to becoming a lady. This has become such a fun gift within our family!
Chocolates and flowers are boring. This year I gifted titles to my mom and aunt for Mothers Day and it was a hit! My aunt had her certificate professionally framed and mounted, now it's just inside the front door for all her visitors to see.
The certificate I purchased is a conversation starter. But Beware! I could be moving my house to Scotland. My friends say I have been scammed but if true, I congratulate you on your slick presentation and advertising techniques.
Like others who have purchased, I, too, haven't received anything and do not want to purchase any more land.
This company seems to be a scam! I was silly enough to first think it might be a legitimate company that is interested in using the money for conservation in Scotland.
Upon further investigation I found that this company does not show an address for the company which is a legal requirement. The certificate does not have any identification that allows me to find out exactly where my plot is located such as GPS details. There is also no information available to show that they actually own land in Scotland. I believe this to be a scam.
I have contacted the company the very next day after purchasing (well within the 14 days they specify) about my issues and a refund, but have not heard anything from them... Whilst they can keep sending me junk emails of their promotions they are yet to reply to my concerns.

Got my wife and I titles, Tried using it as a fluke when registering for a hotel on hotels.com, when we arrived at the Embassy Suites, we were greeted with 5-star service and all the upgrades they had available. Proof is in the pudding.
My brother-in-law had been in hospital leading up to his birthday, and we were keen to give him a gift to lift his spirits. With his family proud of their Scots heritage, the Lord pack was the ideal present to for him and created a real talking point, with the certificate being proudly displayed where visitors would be sure to see it.
Great fun this. Just a bit unsure about the position of my wife. Under normal Lord titles the spouse automatically is addressed as Lady. Why not so with my Title. She is LADY Margaret to me and that's a definite.
I bought Ladyship titles for both my wife and step daughter.To be a reminder that no matter who is talking they should always be treated and spoken to as Ladies.As well a Lordship for myself. But I don't think M'Lord is in their vocabulary.It is a unique gift that is a way of showing what you feel about your Lady or Ladies if you have girls.And a reminder to them to never accept being treated as anything but a Lady.
Ever get annoyed when some dirty 20 year old tells you they identify as "insert crazy nonsense you would have to google to know"? Now you can reply back that they shall refer to you as lord or lady and have the legal backing to do so. Brilliant move by the alt right of scotland!
Hello. My name is Lord Peter Ullman. For the past few years I have encountered other Lord's and wondered what it takes to be a lord. I am a knight of the temple and have been for a while now. It is a true honor. I have been across the pond and have scene Both Scotland and much of England. I think it is great what you are doing. But would suggest a better looking document as far as your proclamation. Looks like a diner menu. Perhaps something hand written on parchment with a seal of some sort. Or what is known as parents of nobility which many knights and Lord's hold. For the cost of what we have paid it should scream noble. Just a suggestion for you folks.

My father Kelly Lee Gordon one of the more famous Gordon's in America Wrote the Song "That's Life" a song Frank Sinatra made famous and Recently used all over the hit Movie "The Joker" Timeless piece that keeps resurfacing.
