Established Titles

I ordered a printed certificate on June 4,2021 for my father in law for Father's Day and still have not received anything. I even ordered it early enough because they said that it would arrive within 10 business days. I have emailed them multiple times and still have not received any notifications, besides saying that they're sorry. There's no tracking number or anything. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed. I check my mailbox every day and still have not received anything. Today is already June 23,2021. I want my printed certificate delivered to my house and a full refund at this point. This is ridiculous.

I just lost my mom and grandma. My grandpa is the only one I have left. I impulsively bought this for him without even really having the money too and then I look up the name to see it's a scam... and it seemed like it too because it said 50$ then jumped to 157... I would love a full refund please... I feel like I'm just going to get ignored. I'm already so stressed in life please just refund me. I emailed them asking for refund but no response...

The certificate I purchased is a conversation starter. But Beware! I could be moving my house to Scotland. My friends say I have been scammed but if true, I congratulate you on your slick presentation and advertising techniques.

Like others who have purchased, I, too, haven't received anything and do not want to purchase any more land.

Took a long time to ship, there are more reasonably priced ones (even with discount rates), no way to follow the shipment. If you want to gift this you better print it yourself and order it months in advance to make sure you get it in time for the date. For the price I paid I expected at least what WISH would provide.

I had an order in which I send my name with some accents (because is a Spanish name) and when it arrived, the letters with accents was supposed to be had a different type of letter... it looked a bit ugly. I send a message asking for a correction and it was fast and very kind from Established Titles concerning attention and a new one in very good conditions. However, there was a difference between the first and the second proclamation image; the plot number was different. So, really have I bought 1 foot square? Or just a random number on a digital image? I don´t know.

I purchased this as a fun gift for another family member. I think it is a good value, although my experience was not quite perfect The certificate they sent had an error in the person's name and title. They sent two documents, one was correct, the other had the error, so I couldn't give that additional document as part of the gift. But I didn't bother to tell the vendor about the error, and I just made my own gift certificate for the presentation. I am sure that Established Titles would have sent a corrected title document if I had requested it.

I purchased my title and am very happy with everything. I was a bit confused at first and thought I would receive something in the post, but after a couple of weeks, nothing showed up. I sent an email to ET and received a very respectful Email back. I didn't realize I only paid for a digital copy, but that was entirely my fault, not Established Titles. Not sure if I can go back and order a printed copy ( I don't have a copier, or know anyone who does). But come what may, I still have my title! Thank you so much! And yes, this site is the real deal! Do a little research online and you will find out all about it, including the location of our property.

I bought my son his "Title" for his birthday, arrived as promised and he was tickled pink to receive it. Lord Martin is now available for speaking tours, opening ceremonies, red carpet events, etc., for a considerable fee.

I purchased this as a fun gift for my Girlfreind. We still banter back and forth with our titles. She did more research into the company and found out that the money we pay is helping preserve a park in Scotland. What an awesome, extra bonus! We are very happy and have loved the service provided by the company. It's been the best icebreaker and conversation started since quarantine has started.

It gives me great joy to share Established Titles with you. My husband always said we were Lord and Lady of the house and now officially we are! I purchased for my sister and our new grandson as well. We will call him Little Lord! Lol! This company was efficient and speedy in allowing option of emailing to us a link to print our certificates. We chose not to use mail. (Covid delays in post office are a frustration to all) Thank you so very much for making a little dream come true!

I was struggling with gift ideas for my son's birthday. It's an age when younger people seem to have everything they both need and want. I chanced upon Established Titles and thought it was a fun option. My son was thrilled. His certificate is framed on his desk and he's excited to be a land owner at 17! It took some convincing that he's not entitled to royalty privileges when it comes to the domestics... highly recommend this as a unique gift for any age.
