My mom has direct roots to Scotland, and with the pandemic it was difficult to buy anything physical for her birthday. Fortunately, the purchase of a small piece of land in Scotland was the perfect gift idea! She loved it so much that she actually started to cry. It is a little treasure to have with my grandsons and myself, even though we dont have Scottish in our background, its still a beautiful way to share and persevere something wonderful for them to visit one day.

I bought two separate titles in order to gift the "hard to find gift" friends. When I received the PDF versions of them, they were practically illegible due to the small size of the print, no matter what I had the print store attempt to do.
After reading other questions of the legitimacy of the product, I'm very upset. They can't be technically used to register a legal name change like they are marketed since the laws don't grant true ownership to the individual you make the plot out to, and NOW I can't even give it to them as a "fun" gift since the certificate itself is so horribly created that no one could read it without a magnifier…truly disappointed. I hope their customer service can step up and remedy this situation.

I purchased 5 titles and trees for my family. My son in law has passed away and I would've liked it to have said. "The late lord John Gibbs" but that option wasn't available so I will come up with something on the frame.

I had arranged for my son to receive a parcel of associated-title land last year; he was very mystified by the concept and enjoys the title and privileges that accompany it.

For our 35th anniversary, I purchased a Lord and Ladyship for me and my wife. It's fun, but what's the value in it? When I introduce myself as "Lord," most people (particularly those from the UK) either laugh or are derisive.
Also, these folks are calendar challenged! They've gotten the dates of their "lucky draw" wrong in their last two giveaways. But perhaps time runs differently on the moors (either that or it's a ploy to get out of actually holding a drawing...).

My family and I have been to Scotland, and my daughter loves it there. She would move in a second if she could. This gift of nobility was some piece to remember our trip by, and really made her happy to be able to frame such a beautiful document of ownership and title.
Got this for my dad for his birthday. He loves it - immediately added Lord to his social media name and his iPhone contact card. He didn't even know it was an option. Eventually, I'll buy a lordship for myself, without question.
While this is more of a novelty than anything else, the service is great, and their purchase process is streamlined. You do have the option of receiving a printed document, but upon completion of purchase, you get a digital copy right away. It's a well-designed certificate, and perhaps, someday, I will use my title of "Lord." It's a cute gift, and especially if you have any connection to Scotland.
My friend got one and called me a peasant. It pissed me off, so I got one to put a stop to it but found that I now enjoy calling people peasants and speaking in old English. I should of got the printed certificate as well! Be well my fellow Lords and Ladies!
I ordered our titles for my husband and I, we thought it was so great we then ended up ordered another for my father-in-law. I had misinterpreted the website, but a quick email to customer service and they were great to clear everything up. They were pleasant to deal with, speedy in response and very helpful. My first document arrived damaged, inside a damaged envelope. I made my displeasure known to them. They immediately went about replacing the document. While it was clear the initial document was damaged while in shipping, and NOT the fault of Established Titles, they none the less went way overboard to provide me with a new document at absolutely no cost to me. As I said "Good people". Would recommend this business to anyone.
On a whim, I purchased this thinking it'd be an interesting conversation piece. As it turns out, I've been using the title whenever I fill out internet forms... Everything internet ends up being funneled to junk mail and now both I and my mailman get to enjoy my title most every day.
I've modified my Proclamation by adding my family's shield, making it that much more relevant to me.
