The quality of their final work is absurd, they claim their writers are native speaker from leading university, it certainly doesn't seem that way from the product they come up with. Wrong grammar, wrong citation etc. And they will promise full refund if the final work does not reach the score you paid for, but if the final essay failed to achieve the score they will try to find any excuse they can think of to deny that.
