ESPOW

I ordered an iPhone case two weeks ago and I still havent received shipping info. I tried typing my order # into their tracker and it was "invalid". I tried calling the support number on their website and got a "The number dialed can not be reached" message. I then sent them an email and got a message back saying that the email adress I sent my message to did not exist. Then obviously have my money because I can see the transaction in my history on Pay Pal. THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM. IF YOU ORDER ANYTHING YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE IT.

I ordered 6 Lipo batteries for the Syma indoor helicopters that my grandson and I fly when we are able to get together on Oct. 22nd of this year and after not even receiving an e-mail confirming ESPOW had received my order, I e-mailed the company to inquire if the order had in fact been received. I received a response on Oct. 25th that the order had been received on Oct. 22nd and that payment had been confirmed that same day. I was also told in the Oct. 25th e-mail from ESPOW that I should expect to receive the order in 7 to 14 business days. Today is Dec. 15th and I still HAVE NOT received my order and I'm starting to think I never will. I have e-mailed ESPOW several times asking what the problem is and Janet from ESPOW keeps telling me in replies to my inquiries that my order has been shipped and is on the way but the United States Postal Service seems to have no record of the tracking number ESPOW provides. I have placed a lot of on line orders with numerous companies over the years and ESPOW is by far the WORST company I have ever encountered. In my last e-mail I asked that they either re-ship my order or refund my money and I was told that ESPOW would be happy to give me a discount on my next order... AS IF I WERE FOOLISH ENOUGH TO EVEN THINK OF PLACING ANOTHER ORDER WITH THEM!

I would strongly advise anyone and everyone to avoid purchasing anything from ESPOW! In my opinion they are an internet scam, nothing else

I placed an order for two camcorder batteries with this company through the URL www.Canada-Battery.ca. At the time, I had assumed I was ordering from a Canadian Retailer. Like others have pointed out, I placed the order on a Sunday Evening using Paypal, and did not receive a confirmation message for my order at all.

I paid for express shipping to receive the order in 2-5 days. After no contact from the company at all for two days, that Wedensday morning, I emailed the company using the address they had registered with their paypal account.

After 16 hours and no reply to my email, I looked for reviews of the company, and found the same thing everywhere, that it was poor service, and in some cases a fraud. At that time, I registered a dispute with PayPal, a requested a refund. Within one hour, the company replied to my paypal dispute and email, providing me with a tracking number of my order, which at that time showed the order almost here. The next day the order arrived.

I noticed my invoice shows the batteries as "free samples" as well as other strange things. I assume this has something to do with getting them out of the country as cheap as they can.

I have to say the batteries have performed great. Even if the overall life of these batteries is only half of a retail battery for my camcorder, I would say I have saved a ton of money.

If I had received an email confirmation, and didnt end up looking into the company, I would easily recommend this site to anyone. While my experience was very positive in the end, it is certain I am part of a small percentage that has had that.
